Hi, I'm Gabrielle!
Hi, I’m Gabrielle—a herbalist, cultural practitioner, and speaker from Jersey City, New Jersey. I’m of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent, and my work is deeply rooted in honoring ancestral knowledge and reclaiming tradition as a path to healing and wholeness. I founded Peace in Mind Holistic Wellness to create space for others to reconnect with themselves, their roots, and the natural world through the power of herbs and cultural practice.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Montclair State University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Saint Peter’s University. For over five years, I’ve worked as an academic advisor, advocating for first-generation, low-income students—work that continues to shape my holistic and heart-centered approach to community wellness.
I’m certified through The Herbal Academy and currently apprenticing in spiritual herbalism within my community. I truly believe that it’s never too late to reclaim your roots—and that doing so can lead to deeper fulfillment, clarity, and enlightenment.
